Accommodation Prices and Conditions

Price list (max. 7 persons – 6 beds + 1 sofa bed)

High Season (June–September)

Saturday–Saturday only (7 nights or multiples; in this case, the second week receives a 10% discount)

23 000 CZK / week (approx. 939 € / week)
Longer stays – price upon agreement

Prices are for the entire property, including electricity and local fees.

Mid / Low Season (October–May, min. 2 nights)

2 nights: 5 000 CZK (approx. 204 €)
3 nights: 7 000 CZK (approx. 286 €)
4 nights: 9 000 CZK (approx. 367 €)
5 nights: 11 000 CZK (approx. 449 €)
6 nights: 13 000 CZK (approx. 530 €)
7 nights: 15 000 CZK (approx. 612 €)

Prices are for the entire property.
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption (7 CZK/kW ≈ 0.29 €/kW).
All other fees are included in the accommodation price.

Payment

Deposit: 50% within 3 days after reservation confirmation
Remaining balance: 30 days before arrival
Payment by bank transfer to account number: 6116882073/0800

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before arrival: 0%
59–30 days: 25%
29–14 days: 50%
13–7 days: 75%
6 days or less: 100%

Additional Conditions

The local tourist tax is included in the price.

A refundable security deposit of 3 000 CZK (approx. 124 €) is transferred to the above-mentioned account together with the remaining balance. The deposit is returned to the guest's bank account after departure.

In the low season, the cost of consumed electricity will be deducted from the deposit. Any damage caused during the stay may also be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in: 3:00–4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
(Other times can be arranged upon agreement.)

Before handing over the property, the tenant must perform basic cleaning (sweeping the property, washing dishes, removing bed linen, cleaning the stove).

Failure to perform basic cleaning: 500 CZK.
The entire property is non-smoking!!
Pets are not allowed anywhere!!
