Accommodation Prices and Conditions

Price list (max. 7 guests – 2 x double beds + 3 beds)

High season (June 15 – September 15)

Minimum stay: 2 nights

• 2 nights: 6 500 CZK (approx. 270 €)
  3 nights: 10 000 CZK (approx. 414 €)
  4 nights: 13 000 CZK (approx. 538 €)
  5 nights: 16 000 CZK (approx. 662 €)
  6 nights: 18 000 CZK (approx. 745 €)
  7 nights: 20 000 CZK (approx. 828 €) 

For bookings of two weeks: 10% discount on the second week
Longer stays: price upon agreement

Price is for the entire property, including accomodation fees and energy consumption. Firewood for a wood stove – FREE.

Mid / Low Season (16th September–14 June, min. 2 nights)

2 nights: 5 000 CZK (approx. 207 €)
3 nights: 7 000 CZK (approx. 290 €)
4 nights: 9 000 CZK (approx. 372 €)
5 nights: 11 000 CZK (approx. 455 €)
6 nights: 13 000 CZK (approx. 538 €)
7 nights: 15 000 CZK (approx. 620 €)

Prices are for the entire property.

Electricity is charged according to actual consumption:

• Peak tariff (VT): CZK 5 per kWh
• Off-peak tariff (NT): CZK 4 per kWh

In addition, a flat fee of CZK 500 ( 20 € ) is charged for heating the property before arrival. The heat pump must be started 1–2 days in advance to ensure that the underfloor heating has sufficient time to warm up the floors.

A local accommodation tax of CZK 20 per person per commenced day of stay.  Firewood for a wood stove – FREE.

Payment

Deposit: 50% within 3 days after reservation confirmation
Remaining balance: 30 days before arrival
Payment by bank transfer to account number: 6116882073/0800

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before arrival: 0%
59–30 days: 25%
29–14 days: 50%
13–7 days: 75%
6 days or less: 100%

Additional Conditions

A refundable security deposit of 2 000 CZK (approx. 80 €) is transferred to the above-mentioned account together with the remaining balance. The deposit is returned to the guest's bank account after departure.

The cost of consumed electricity and municipality fee will be deducted from the deposit. Any damage caused during the stay may also be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in: 3:00–4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
(Other times can be arranged upon agreement.)

Before handing over the property, the tenant must perform basic cleaning (sweeping the property, washing dishes, removing bed linen, cleaning the stove).

Failure to perform basic cleaning: 500 CZK.
The entire property is non-smoking!!
Pets are not allowed anywhere!!
