Cottage Nad Hladinou
By paying for the stay, guests confirm that they have read the accommodation rules. They acknowledge them and agree to comply with them during their stay. Accommodation is provided for the period agreed upon in the confirmed booking.
Guests are obliged to pay the agreed price for accommodation and related services to the host within the deadlines requested by the host.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property (indoor or outdoor areas).
Guests have the right to use the spaces designated for accommodation, including outdoor areas. Guests are not allowed to make any changes, move furniture or other items, carry out repairs, or perform similar activities in these spaces without the host's consent.
It is prohibited to adjust television or radio channels, Wi-Fi settings, or the heat pump.
The host is obliged to hand over the accommodation spaces to the guest in a condition suitable for proper use and ensure the guest's undisturbed enjoyment of their rights associated with the stay.
Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported to the host. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their actions and must compensate the host accordingly.
The host will register guests in accordance with local law, including details required for local taxes (tourist tax, accommodation tax). Information collected includes:
Date of birth (for tax calculation)
Duration and purpose of stay (recreational)
Full name and permanent residence (in accordance with personal data protection laws)
Other tax-related requirements are governed by local municipal regulations.
Upon arrival, guests will receive keys to the cottage, which they must take care of properly.
Guests are not allowed to make duplicates or allow third parties to make duplicates.
Keys must be returned to the host upon departure.
If keys are not returned, guests must pay 1,000 CZK (approx. 41 €) as compensation for the keys.
Check-in is from 2:00 to 3:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. Early or late arrivals/departures must be arranged with the host in advance.
Guests may terminate the accommodation contract before the agreed period, but they are liable for any damages incurred by the host due to early cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed, check-out on the day of departure is at 10:00 AM.
Guests may receive visitors in the cottage only with the host's permission.
Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical or gas appliances in the rooms, except for personal hygiene or personal use devices (e.g., shaver, hairdryer, iron, curling iron, laptop, printer, phone chargers).
Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge. Wi-Fi must not be used for illegal activities (e.g., downloading movies) or risky activities (e.g., downloading suspicious files, sending spam).
Guests must lock all doors and close windows when leaving the cottage.
Children under 6 years old may not be left unattended in the cottage.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their behavior both inside the cottage and in its surroundings.
The host is not responsible for any injuries to children in the property or outdoor areas.
Smoking and handling open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the property.
Guests must sort waste according to the instructions provided by the host, who will provide necessary materials.
Fires are permitted only in designated outdoor fire pits.
Parking is available for guests in the designated area below the cottage.
Guests must exercise caution while moving around the cottage and its surroundings, especially in winter when icy conditions may pose a risk of injury. The host is not responsible for guest injuries.
The host may terminate the accommodation contract early, without notice, if a guest repeatedly violates good conduct, behaves excessively noisily, or otherwise breaches their obligations under these rules despite warnings.
Any complaints or suggestions for improvement should be submitted to the host.
These accommodation rules are binding for both parties.
