Hladinou is located in a quiet part of the town of Teplice nad Metují, behind
the municipal services area, overlooking the surface of a small pond. The
cottage is situated on a gentle slope below a forest.
We offer
accommodation for 6–7 people in a holiday house. There are two bedrooms on the
first floor. The first bedroom has four beds (one double bed and two single
beds). The second bedroom has a double bed with the option of an extra bed. The
extra bed is suitable for two children or one adult (a fold-out sofa).
On the
ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living space. The
living area is furnished with a spacious sofa, an armchair, a wood-burning
stove, and a bookcase. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere,
especially in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay
(fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker), as
well as other kitchen utensils. The cottage also features a cozy, modern
bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the
entire property.
In the
garden, there is a covered seating area with a table and benches. You will also
find a large fire pit and everything needed for roasting or grilling.
